This Policy applies to Dolly Parton’s Life Of Many Colors Museum (Museum) (LOMC LLC), including the Museum’s retail stores, online properties, our social media pages or handles, and our products and services (the Services). This Policy applies when you interact with us through our Services. It does not apply to third-party websites, mobile applications, or services that may link to the Services or be linked from the Services. Please review the privacy policies on those websites and applications directly to understand their privacy practices.
We may change this Policy from time to time. If we do, we will notify you by posting the updated version.
What information do we collect?
We collect information from you directly and from the devices you use to interact with the Services. We may combine information from the Services together and with other information we obtain from our business records. We may use and share information that we aggregate (compile to create statistics that cannot identify a particular individual) or de-identify (remove all unique identifiers such that it cannot be linked to a particular individual) at our discretion.

We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill out a form, sign up to receive offers, participate in special events, enter contests or sweepstakes, and interact with our social media accounts.

Text Message Communications
We may ask for your affirmative, opt-in consent to receive SMS/MMS mobile alerts, information, promotions, and offers.
By voluntarily opting in to this program, you agree: (a) that you are over the age of 18; and (b) to receive periodic SMS/MMS text messages from us, including text messages that may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, to the mobile telephone number you provided when opting in. You agree that you are subject to this Policy when you resubscribe to the program.
Any telephone number that you provide to us and/or consent that you provide to us to receive periodic automated marketing SMS/MMS text messages will not be shared with, or transferred to any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
What do we use your information for?
We may use any of the information we collect for the following purposes:
• To improve our Services (for instance, we continually strive to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you, and we analyze our customer base, purchasing trends, and the effectiveness of our marketing)

If you exercise these options, you may still see advertising, but it will not be personalized. These options will not prevent other companies from displaying personalized ads to you.

Special Information for Job Applicants
When you apply for a job with us, we may collect information from you, including:
• Information you provide in connection with your application.
• Information that you make publicly available on your social media accounts.
• Other information about you that is publicly available.
• Information that you authorize us to collect via third parties, including former employers or references.
In certain circumstances, you may submit your application for employment through a third-party service that displays our job posting. We do not control the privacy practices of these third-party services. Please review their privacy policies before submitting your application materials. 
Other Important Information
Information from children: We do not knowingly collect personal information from visitors to our website who are under the age of 13. If we learn that a child under the age of 13 has submitted personal information to us, we will delete the information as soon as possible. Entities to whom we disclose personal information for business purposes are service providers, which are companies that we engage to conduct activities on our behalf. We restrict service providers from using personal information for any purpose that is not related to our engagement.
Entities to whom we “sell” or with whom we “share” information are third parties. Under the CCPA, a business “sells” personal information when it discloses personal information to a company for monetary or other benefit.
